I've been obsessed with health, performance, and wellbeing for over 20 years. I trained hard. Stayed lean. Pushed limits. But I knew something was missing. Nutrition.
I didn't want trends or guesswork. I wanted facts. Real science. I needed to understand how the body actually works, and why most advice falls apart when applied to real life.
That's why I trained with Mac-Nutrition Uni (MNU), the UK's premier institution for evidence-based nutrition. It provided me with the skills to cut through the noise, focus on what works, and assist others in the same way.
Now, I coach men over 40, and the people closest to them, to lose fat, rebuild strength, and take back control with clear, proven strategies that work in the real world.
